Open to everyone who is interested in the history, preservation and future development of Selby and its environs. By joining the Society you can help make Selby a more attractive town.

Annual membership for 2020 costs £12. You'll pay a reduced entrance charge - just £2 - for Society meetings, a saving of £3.

Additionally, you will also become an affiliated member of both "Civic Voice" and "Yorkshire and Humber Association of Civic Societies" and be able to attend their meetings.

Just complete a membership application form; or join when you come to one of the Society's meetings.

These meetings, visits and other events enable members interested in the improvement of the town and its surrounding district to get together in a friendly informal atmosphere.
