Selby Cemetery Project Event

There will be a public event to mark the end of the "Mariners, Merchants & Monuments" project in Selby Cemetery Chapels on Thursday, 19th April at 12 noon - 1 pm

Includes:

Unveiling of a new cemetery noticeboard
Presentation of dramatic monologues based on the lives of some buried here
Launch of three new walks leaflets linked to aspects of the cemetery
Chance to see inside the Victorian chapels
Hear about the Town Council's future plans for the site and a possible Friends' group
Talk to members of the local Family History Group about their expertise
Buffet lunch (finger snacks and soft drinks) provided
