Canal volunteers needed for Naburn Lock work

Naburn Locks Conservation Volunteers

Claire McDonald of the Canal and River Trust is looking for volunteers to carry out environmental enhancements and preserve the heritage of the wonderful Naburn Locks and surrounding area and is planning to set up regular work parties year round.

Naburn Locks and swing bridges, a few miles north of Selby, are full of history, set in the peaceful scenery of the Ouse Navigation.
